Meredith Kleiber is a North Carolina native and attended both middle and high school in Wake County. She graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and received her Master of Science in Nursing from Duke University.
Meredith joins Wake Forest Pediatrics with experience as a Registered Nurse in the Newborn Critical Care Center at UNC Hospitals, and most recently, over 8 years of experience working as a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in the Triangle area.
Meredith understands Spanish, and loves all aspects of pediatric care. Her favorite interests include newborn care, early childhood development, and allergies. She will be primarily practicing in our Knightdale location.
Meredith lives in Raleigh with her husband, Jeff, and their peekapoo named Molly. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, traveling, and all things Disney.
